Go Up Go Down

Got my first detector back in 1967 along with a new Ford Bronco with 289V/8.  I went all over the western deserts looking for treasure.  But the Goldak machine had no discrimantion and the coil was huge.  Every time I took a step I hit the coil with my foot.  Very awkward and it only had one 9volt battery for power.  I never struck it rich, except for the people that I met.  That was the real treasure.  How old am I...well that depends.  You see this life we live only lasts a little while, then our bodies die and our spirit goes home, until we are reincarnated again.  Spirit enters the body with babies first breath, then we forget our past of who and what we really are, and begin again.  So I am very old spiritually but nearing the end of this life.  Maybe I could extend my life with The White Powder of Gold but I'm too tired politically to put up with anymore BS ha.  This school house Earth is a hard school but worth it in the end.  Would I do it all again?  Well yeah, we all have many times.

Go Up Go Down

Well I'm a 53 model, was forced to retire at the age of 45 and that's something I wouldn't recommend for anybody to do. Tried many hobbies to keep myself occupied including building tall sailing ships, 3 in total only the one I kept the other two were given away for lack of room in displaying them at home.

Three years ago my neighbour suggested I try metal detecting, at least I'd be getting out of the house, took to it like a duck to water and have never looked back.

Personally, it doesn't matter how old you are, life is how you live it.

Veg.

I'm 59 with 2 bum knees for companions and a bad back that's holding them up. Been detecting 3 yrs now with no regrets, the exercise keeps old Arthur in check. Wish I got into this hobby yrs ago. The last 2 yrs have retrieved over 20,000 coins and some nice jewelry to boot. My oldest coin to date is a 1864 Civil War era 2 cent piece. My most unique find is a early 1900 car registration tag issued by the Calif. Sec. of State.

HAPPY HUNTINGS!
