Hello .

I have build 2 unites with different compenets with the same problem from the start . and I have build one unite it was working fine but sometimes it make this continious beeping and finally it is like the others. I want to fuguer out the problem and understand it .

If all else is working normally, a continuous beep is usually the coil or the wires to and from the coil.

  Was you able to Null the Coil ?  Slightly  (Positive) over Zero?     If Not Reverse the Coil wires on the Receive Winding's.  Other then the Null of the Coil there really is no alignments to be made.  Everything is at hand with the Control POTS.

the coil works fine with other tgsl and the wires is ok.
I did somethink can give a good starting point. I cut the pist after d12 and I still get thhe continious sound.

All one can do is go Through the circuit Stage by stage.  Start by insuring all IC's are getting proper voltages and Ground.  Do you have a O Scope ?
