Hello GarrettManRP.

I have some Great PDF books on Oscillators , I can email you tomorrow if your interested. And yes , Silver Mica caps are probably the most stable, Zero frequency drift due to temperature change.

Colpitt's Oscillator Examples below. There's a lot of good stuff posted on the internet too.
