Thanks to the help of forum Member "DBanner"

I identified my schematic and it is a Cobra II [2] . Not king Cobra and not the Cobra underwater machine .

I posted the schematic and original circuit board here again. A good machine with notch control and ground balance.

I will post more complete information as I find it .
