Now you're talking National Debt levels, mate. It's a crazy old world we're living in at the moment. It's no wonder people are chasing rainbows looking for lost treasure.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

Took your advice and decided to give away fifty trillion dollars of actual currency on December 31, 2010.  So one lucky person is going to be turned into a trillionaire.  This is actual bank paper.

We are in the process of submitting our mining plan to the State of New Mexico and the BLM so that we can finally get started at the end of March, 2011

For those of you that were following the Nathan Smith v. The Abandoned vessel that was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas  Houston Division we have just posted the amended complaint so that you can see what not to do in court.  We will be posting the findings of fact & conclusions of law next week as well as the final order in that case.  It is good reading you can go to the Tesoro site and read the news to read the Amended complaint

Ok, I live here in Las Cruces, and I am confused. I know the Caballos has caves. I know there was a rumored treasure at Victorio Peak. Victoria Peak is south and no longer called Victoria peak. But some call Victorio and Victoria the same.

Now if we are talking Doc Noss and Victorio Peak, I can think of two reasons why they wont let you there?

One thing is the area is very near a battle that was already studied, and probably protected.

Second if you get a good google earth map program, you can see roads that go into the nearby mountains. On those roads are little white suv's parked in pairs. They aren't guarding rocks or gold.

If you drive up 70 out of San Augustine pass you can barely make out several facility's. At night you can see lights all through the mountains, do you think they are baking cookies? This is a secure area, the way it should be.

But lets talk Caballo's mountains. It full of Rattlesnakes, and people who don't want you there. Stop in at the bait shop by Percha exit and if your lucky you'll find an old guy sitting outside. He can tell ya everything you want to know about the Caballo's.

BLM is multi use. But I respect the guys in the Caballo's, I never go east of the Rio. Not even fishing.

I wish the family and the trust set up to look for the lost treasure, and the BLM do another search. But that chamber your are looking for is buried. If it exist, you know the family.

A simple google earth of Victorio peak will show something that looks like swiss cheese.

That is stuff you can see. What I read is your outfit run out of money last dig, and it was closed up. Never heard any of the other claims. The vids are nice, and preserves history.

I also see not one but three new books out..........hmmm. Your getting awfully close to treasure.

Sorry, but I don't buy it. But it will play out soon enough.

I would say find the Jolly Character that helped bury bars, or the supposed entrance off the range. You have a better chance at that.

First we have never had a dig at the tesoro site in the caballo mountains. There have been people that have done some illegal digging on the site.  Doc Noss was all through the Caballo Mountains.  But I can see that you have not read any of the history on the Tesoro site.  But you do have some of statements wrong.
