Go Up Go Down

I am from Las Cruces and I roamed about the Caballo and San Andreas mountains  back in the mid 70's through the mid 80's. I remember getting chased off the area that I believe where the Tesorro Del Alma site is....at gun point when I tried to pull out a map and show them I was on BLM Land. Those guys were serious about us leaving so we left a bit shaken up. We figured something big was going on and figured they had to be mining gold. Those are some bent and twisted mountains with some seriously treacherous roads.  My daughter with my grand kids lives in Williamsburg, South of Truth or Consequences so i go there several times a year, but have not made the time to get back into the hills. I have been quietly following Nicks for progress for years. I want him get that treasure out of the ground for all of us to behold. Won't that be something!

This video is from the pictures that we took over the Easter Weekend 2010 and this set is of the mud signs that Michael Garrison claims lead to a treasure room which turned out to be bogus. He is a fraud and a drunk

Hey Nick,

What in the heck were you thinking when you paid that boracho (drunk) 1K to show you what? You know more than he does. I am very curious why you brought him into the picture?

Go Up Go Down

Wanted to see if there were some things that we missed.  What he did was use the money that we paid him to go to Texas.  After we found out what he was looking for was on State property we still offered to help him the legal way.  He was not open to that.  I have a lot of time and money invested in the Tesoro project and I am not going to put that in jeopardy because some one wants to something illegal.
We have learned our lesson and hope that no one else falls into the same trap.

I kinda figured that was the only reason you would bring him into the picture. Did he know anything about you and your situation in the Caballos?  I have seen you be cautious and to bring in this guy was almost a shocker!
Keep up the fight Nick and bring that treasure out of hiding!

Go Up Go Down

He contacted us.  He had contacted some people that were at the filming of the Zonge Test after the Zonge test was done and we had left to go back to California.  From what I was told the tracker believed that he had contacted the Floto group that is on the east side of the Caballos.  He contacted us because he believed that he had a treasure room located near T or C by the river and he claimed he needed our help.  When we got the GPS location we found out that the room was located on State land and when we found out we had a meeting of several people that were there for this purpose and explained that what he was looking for was on State land and that there were several legal options that were available.  He then proceeded to back away at that time so instead he got a guided tour of the Caballo Mountains by one of our associates and we never heard from him again.  One of our associates heard from him after he went to Texas.

These pictures were taken over the Easter Weekend 2010 and are of TDA 6, Bat Cave and the West side of the Caballos Mountains in New Mexico.

Yep, I'm a drunk too.

I can show you old Silver Diggings, A old Mission made of rocks as large as you are tall.

That is great.  There some people that are members of this blog that have never seen the Caballo Mountains.  That is why I post the videos because it gives them an idea of the roughness of the area.

Nick
We are going to be having to drawing to pick one person that wants to be on the next trip to the Caballos at the end of June. All you have to do is send us you email address and we will draw a name. We will cover all expenses while we are in the Caballos on the site. We will cover your motel room, food, etc. Just send us you name, address, etc. We are going to be in the Caballos for two weeks, should be fun.
We are going to have the drawing on July 24th, 2010.  The company that is going to be doing some testing for us can not be in the Caballos until August 15 thru the August 23rd.  So the drawing is going to take place on July 24th.  Anyone that may want to go can send us there name and email address and we will notify them if they have won.

Nick
