I'm not sure what you mean mate but if you want to know if a metal detector can find coins then the answer would be yes. But if you want to have info on metal detectors then I suggest that you post a new topic requesting info and help on metal detectors there will be loads of members willing to give you info on the subject may I also suggest that you do a preliminary research on the net would save us all a lot of time.

Regards Xavier

Laughing Yeah I guess we are a bit high tech  No no! Xavier is way above my head though  Grin  Funny glad you are keeping well.... I am just struggling on this side with the high grass..... Bush grass is about 3' high at this time.... We are going to have some bad fires this year..... due to all the high rains that we have had.... I want Xavier to develop a lawnmower with a detector attached to it.... could make some nice patterns in the grass with it  Mad

Put an industrial laser on the lower shaft just above the coil, some guy was playing with one in his kitchen
on the A.R.T pages, he was popping about 20 ballons one behind the other, homefire put it up, ask him for it

Just wait a while there's sure to be some felt fire's soon (like you mentioned) you will then be able to detect with no problem on the other hand you could just go to the beach HO yes that's right you don't have one there where you are LOL mine dumps??

Regards Xavier PS I just put a logic probe together works great (more fun)

I like the laser idea... imagine cutting the grass with a laser as you swing the stick  Shocked The fires do a great job of making the grass short, but the black afterwards is disgusting.... What can I say.... never satisfied  Grin

Xavier, I gave a logic probe away a little while ago.... The only thing I have kept is my multimeter and a signal injector, and a 4-20ma power injector..... (power source) Umm what can I say? It happens  Funny  Wise I have kept all my electronic books, including from the old valve radio days.... I have all your magazines in the boot of the car, when you coming back to the land of Nod?  Coffee
