LOL I think that if this eye of mine could function properly again I would feel 95% better. I'd like to be able to go detecting but it gets so damn frustrating at times with this eye and the grass is long where I can go detect (It really needs to burn) I think that I should move to Cape Town nice beaches to detect all year round.

Good vision and moist eyes are always a plus. After your radiation treatment, you probably won't ever need a torch (flashlight) ever again to see at night. The locals will write ghost stories about you.

Late winter Early spring things should be a lot flatter.

Don't you just love it when google earth shows a burnt or short field but when you get there it's like Elephant grass(Exaggeration).

When I first started to use GooglEarth I though it was realtime,,,, I saw a place which was goig to be great, but could see it was long grass so I stayed away,,,, when I went past there a few days later, I got the shock of my life,,, it was down to soil,,,, that is when I realised tht Googlearth is photo's  Angry
