If you knew what a hassle it is looking through one eye, OK here are some examples when you reverse park your car you do it by sound, forget about having any perception of depth and piking up a cup of coffee can become hazardous, smoking a cigaret is a definite no no unless you have the intention of poking the other eye with the butt end of it.

I wore a patch for a week after having a chunk of metal removed from my eye. Took about an hour to get used to the limitations and loss of depth perception.

You can do it. Give it a serious try. You might be happier. Also, practice carrying your cutlass in your teeth. For climbing the rigging and stuff.

Grin Grin I won't even try, I'll probably end up with no more tong. I don't know how you managed to get used to the patch in an hour mate. I really congratulate you.

Necessity. I had to be able to see to drive home. I oiled my neckbones to swivel better and off I went.

Good for you that I'm not there. Tough love. I'd throw twigs and rocks in front of you when you walked. Marbles, too. You'd learn really quickly, mate. REALLY quickly.
