Yes the link got book marked and I will be doing some downloading as soon as I have replenished my data bundle. I'm hoping to have the new detector done in two weeks time as I still want to get new magnet wire for the coils.

Buddy you should know by now that using wire from a motor could make a short (Not that I never do it) the other thing is to find a motor with the right gauge wire Sad

not easy mate and a lot easier to go to the shop and just buy a role of it. Ha yes nearly forgot to say that I'm still busy with the board so no rush mate.

I went to their forum to try and solve it, after about 15 min of trying to find my way I managed to sent a post then went back to see if I had a reply Angry

it also means now that you must check all components that you place in a circuit to see if they have not made mistakes in their design Idea

Version three was great never had a problem with it. There should be an update of the new version soon with most of the bug fixes. Good news are that I got my board done and that I'm busy putting the detector together but making the board was quite an issue being the first double sided board that I have ever made. I can't wait to have it working and should it be a good detector then I will go to the trouble of doing a few mods to it like the audio.
