Buddy if two coils will get it working, then go for it  Great are you trying to just double the distance with two coils? not sure if it works that way, don't think so Idea It may just make it more sensitive with picking up a find...

Man you do know how to suck up  Grin any way I puled out the old book on Op-amps, did you know that you can use them to amplify a signal (Wonder how that works) and if you're not worried yet, I also found out that a coil is made from insulated copper wire and not bob-wire  Huh? Now can you see why I have to start from scratch  Grin

 Grin Grin Grin and I used welded mesh it actually worked some LOL what I wonder is why when we were kids most the stuff we made worked? now we use text books and it don't work   Idea
