No seriously Homefire it is the fly wheel that you want to take off aint it? DON'T use a torch to cut it off mate just drill two holes then tap them (M10 should do the job) then heat up the outer part going onto whatever and tighten the bolt a bit on one side then the other and it will eventually pop off the shaft. If the casing is of an alloy place steel plates to prevent the bolts from eating into it but if it's cast iron you can just go for it mate.

Homie, if you are needing to get the inner ring of a bearing off the shaft, just put a run of welding around the ring and it will come off easy.... Have used this on many occasions  Great
