Hi Peter !
There is a funny guy (?) by the name of " Conrad " from South Africa who claim ,first that he found some gold coins just under 1 m (!) of sand on the beach , than now he posted on the " today's finds - page 4 -  "Gold Bracelet " , the problem - picture of the bracelet is stolen from some article from treasure exhibition ! Obviously , guy is a scamer or crazy or something else ! Grin Read the Topic !

Hi Silki,

You will always get someone that talks a lot of tripe  No no! I will not even bother with such a person, as they are only bluffing themselves... Why they feel they have to lie to make a difference, heaven knows, I just feel sorry for such a person  Thumbs Down I just hope he knows that he has to give the gold coins back to me.... He needs to know that my fac is on them  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

OK guys don't get all exited we all know that there is NO way that he could find a coin at 100cm but if he did I'd love to have that machine LOL now back to some serious stuff I have a detector that will find a gold coin at 30 to 40 cm in sand but the thing is it aint working yet  Grin any buyers? hey lets face it to find a gold coin at that depths is pretty cool. Peter and I have found some rather small stuff just the other day in a mineralized soil me with my PI and peter with his VLF OK so it was not that deep but we are still working the top surface and I'm sure that once that has been cleaned up we will find some good stuff under it all (need to go with a sieve) the place that we have been working is from the 1800 and there sure will be some old finds in time to come but we have to go slow on this one to find them I also feel that this site is a good one.

Till later Xavier
