This has to be a frist of a kind here posted Shocked? Clackers hurt Club like heck when played with as a kid! A toy as famous as the hula hoop back in the day found in what I think is a old sand box. I conitnue to hunt Detecting where there was an old house torn down that the grade school now owns the land.   Digging under the grass and very little dirt before hitting sand. Found 15 cars (hot wheels) last fall there so I think it was an old sandbox? I toke a buddys borrowed Xterra 70 there today to try it out. Dug ever beep not knowing how the detector worked. yet...Found these Clackers a toy with many names (zonkers ,bonkers, klick klacks etc) from back in the 70's, banned by the FDA, recalled by the CPSC and illegal to sell in the USA after recalled. I dug up one ball frist and saw it was attached to a string so I pulled.(I knew what I had found) Up came the washer the beep must of came from and than the other ball. Also found this what appears to be a some kind of metal. Says "Admrl Dewey" on top and "did  it" on the bottom. Have'nt researched this yet. Some kind a box latch, etc...I gotta figure this minelab out!! ok...the door is open for all your jokes on the clacker balls...
