 Nice ring.
My grandson attends a college that is near a river where the students go tubing. I have been thinking of taking my detector and checking out the area .
 Keep on digging them up.

I haven't been to Phoenix in a long time.
My mom and grandparents were from there. I have cousins there.
Have you ever done some desert hunting for gold nuggets?

Thanks. If you go to a tubing river, check the areas where they put in and pull out. Especially where there are picnic facilities. Also wait until the water is at its lowest so you can do the shore. Easier thar way than scuba divng.
I belong to a metal detecting club and a prospectors club and have done all kinds of detecting. You can't just go out in the desert and look for gold as most public lands in gold bearing areas have mining claims and rights. Join a club that has claims. B est and safest way.

A bad day at gold prospecting or metal detecting is better than a good day at work.
