nice fibula thorin,and with the pin,never found one with a full pin,most of the ones I find are pinless or broken,mind you a mate of mine found a small silver one years ago not far from where I was searching,came up dark black,only noticed it was silver when he got home and washed it,still there nice to dig up,see If I can get some roman tomorrow,all the fields are open at the moment,the good ones any way,love to see the UK finds on the forum,ps nice saxon strap end you got there,nice one keep it up mate,mikek
