I am envious.  According to my 2011 dealers buying guide.  "The Official Blue Book"  That 1876 quarter should grade as an F12 and is worth $14.00 from the Philadelphia or San Francisco Mints.  $18.00 from the Carson City Mint.  You can check by looking on the reverse under the Eagle.  There will be nothing for Philadelphia, S for San Francisco or CC for Carson City.  Forgive me if you already new this, but I am curious to what the mint is.     Laola

The town I live in, Aiken SC has the largest urban forest in the U.S.A. It is larger than Central Park in NYC. Unfortunately detecting is not permitted there. But this is a historic area and I am sure I will find some great places to search. Keep up the great work!!!
