Well found looks like a good spot!You also want to go over again where the coins came from as here in the UK, when we do fair sites, the old halfs and penny mask the smaller finds under them, like buttons rings small finds etc.

There's an old fairground nearby that's going to be under concrete soon but it's been fenced off for years. wish I knew how to find the owner for permission to hunt there...

I'll call the county and ask where I should go for that info. I've got a long list of places I want to hunt so I'll take that with me.  Thanks for the help  Smiley
