I stopped at a small strip of grass about 100'x50' on the western edge of our local City College. The area use to be host to yearly Renaissance Fairs and I thought it would produce something besides the usual clad. It did, nothing of value like a lot of others members I see posting, but I like what I dug up and had a blast anyway! I will return to finish MDing that spot.
On one item, I got a good solid signal, locked on and dug. When I saw the lid in the hole, I thought maybe I found a small cache...NOT! Can anyone ID the the writing on it? The writing looks familiar and might be some kind f commercial lid for a soft drink or?
