Hey Johnnn, as much as I love your military finds, I REALLY love your scouting finds.
1955 is a very good date for those finds. The "Strengthen the Arm of Liberty" pins date back to a campaign that the Boy Scouts of America ran between 1949 and 1952 to celebrate their 40th anniversary and to build membership. It makes sense that the American contingent would have a lot of those pins on hand to trade at the 1955 World Jamboree (probably a few neckerchief slides with the same theme also).
