This schematic is from the ELEKTOR Nš 223 from January 1997....
L1 is 121turns  diam wire is  0,2 mm and the coil is not round  it is a rectangle  41mm X 8mm-

Hello  Homefire ,
Still easy ...Take 4 nails  and form  a rectangle  8mm X41mm  , take your wire  of 0,2mm  and make 121 turns  around the nails ,take some tape around and take away the nails.!!!! now you have your coil....
