Go Up Go Down

Hello !

I just could get my hands on a Golden µMAX, (new tones/revision 2), and wanted to know if other hunters here use this detector.

I often heard they had issues and no depth, but from the start the unit gave me great tone ID and enough depth for my hunting conditions. With the 8x9  coil I get 9" on most larger euro-coins, and that is with sens at 9 and still the possibility to supertune it.

Also, has anyone used it with a DD coil, and if so, how did it act?

Thanks

Beachcomber

Well it's an amazing coin shooter, and the (new) tones are pretty enjoyable .

The new price was €519, and that was 3 years ago, was bought here by a m8 of mine.

Cheers

I've got a buddy here that loves his.  (But then he also loves his Compadre).   Depth has NOT been an issue with either of his Tesoros.
