i think its a lot easier to believe that we were created by God than evolution, or big bang theory...
has science proven either of the latter theories? no...thats why they are theories, nothing more

takes a little less faith to see the cycle of life like that...how did we all crawl out of the ocean, and evolve from nothing to humans?
takes a lot of faith to believe this theory, versus, 'hey, someone created us!'

especially when you consider food cycles, what eats what, who eats who...how does it all work so well? did it just work out like that or is it a divine plan? or perhaps even how our bodies work, and the delicate balance of our body systems, and that of animals and insects..just chance? i cant imagine thinking so...

i dont know that anyone said science has proven that God is there, and the post was about religion, and what is religion, not does God exist?
anarchy is a religion, so is satanism and Chrisitanity...we all have it weather we chose to admit, or recognize it or not.

its up to the individual,if ya want to believe in the book,great!u want to believe the earth rests on the back of a turtle,fanastic!budda?why not?maybe where living in your heaven right now,whatever makes ya happy and makes ya sleep compfy at nite but please don't say science proves his existance,there was without a doubt a "man" named Jesus but it proves nothing more than he was a man with followers.

I thought this subject would come up again, I used to sing in a choir in a Church in London England as a child ,I was a confirmed member of the Church.
So "My" belief in God and Christ was firmly established long ago back in the 1950's ...........As an adult I became less infatuated with God and more interested in this person "flesh and blood" "Christ" .
Here's the real modern problem of today....And yes it is to do with ISLAM.
I became a skilled trades man/person and set my sights on travel because"I could"!!! At the age of 21 I went to Libya "yes" I did ,I worked on pipe lines and Off shore facilities back then the country was ruled by a nice old guy called "King Idris" and all was well .... Until 1969 when a fundamentalist scum bag called Ghadifi took the country over, this left many of us who were "NOT" American to our own devices as far as re repatriation was concerned, my so called MUSLIM buddies who I worked with took a different attitude toward the now helpless "Infidels" apart from being "spat upon" and encouraged to leave quickly we had to get out by any means this was done after very long overland journey to "Chad" where we were then flown to Malta and then back to the UK.
The Americans have dealt with Ghadifi with the aid of other nations and caused his well earned demise.
What has this got to do with religion? ..My story is tooooo long to put down in words without writing a book , but I have witnessed first hand the growing power of this "other" Cult/religion in my short life time and their affect on the peacefull peoples of the world .
I also spent two years in West Germany working on the "Olympic Stadium" in Munich.......This is the only job/project I have ever worked on where I was made to lay face down on the ground while German "Swat" police checked us out as we had no idea what was going on above ground and if you all know your recent history 11 Israeli athletes were murdered by Muslim scum bags.
I could go on even 911 had a very traumatic effect on me being, I was working in Nebraska and had to "drive" home to Canada "you know why!!" .
"I" know 99.9% of you have never worked and lived with Muslims even the US military are distanced from these people so you really don't know what they think about us and mean Christians we are endangered by our own openness and good will to others "this is taken as a weakness" so I would advise all of you to keep up your guard and watch very carefully this "over" religious bunch of depraved insecure femail hating individuals and pray they don't get their hands on any transportable "nuclear" materials because we will all need the help of a higher being...........HH..........Johnnn
