some People here in german detektorforum.de (Partner site)
had this idea too

but they have not found the right Point to Show this visualisation  you Show in your Video

can you say where do you connect the pocket dso to see the Change of eddy currents  iron/non iron Pray

  Any point on the amp after the First Amp using the Differential Inputs should work.   All your seeing is the Out put swing from two sides. +and -  ......

That is fantastic, it really looks professional.
Did you make all the detector from the kit? coil also?
On the VDI idea, that would be great.  I am sure, if you could read the  oscilloscope result, that could somehow translate into different numbers, even though they might not have any relation to VLF type of VDI numbers, it would certainly be awesome to have a PI machine, which discriminates and on top of that it gives you the VDI reading.

Thanks a lot. I am using a very nice app (frequency counter). Placing the target close to the coil i read different frequency values. these are the first test whit these app. But i'm glad.
