To many member asked for easier and simpler PI used PIC all the information for the full compilation of this project PRN PI-1 used PIC no.16f876 ,16f876a . LCD 2*16 lcd ,COIL 45CM 23TU 0.6MM-- and, I now underway in make it.PCB 11.5X7.5 CM.
all data pcb , schematic ,part list ,hex files
To help set before you programmed for the programming pic

if it can detect a coin at 27 cm with 45 cm coil, so it is good but i want to know if it can detect 0.5m iron sheet at 2.5 meter? if you think yes, i am going to build it but if your answer is no, not matter, i will build it because it is very simple. Cheesy

to detect 0.5m iron sheet at 2.5 meter? you must use coil 1m x1m , and another
battery 12v,7a insted.
but it is good for coin, Not the main objective is to reach 2.5 m or up Because it is not deeper.

the detail of 1m*1m COIL is 1x1m then wind 17 turns. Use wire with 1mm.
