hi for all.my dp didn't work i think the problem comes from the ne556 when i mesure the output at pin 9 (Supposed to be 9 volts)but i found 1.5volt i changed it with a new one but still the same voltage.please  did  anyone have an idea about what would be he problem?thank you in advance

thank you.yes they are correct.but i can change frequency at pin 9 does it work?

  Check all components I indicated within the circle.

Your voltage drop on Pin 9 could be bad component, Partial Short , even a component  set with wrong orientation (FET, Diodes, C-32). 

Solder Bridges?,

C-32 Partial Short ? Orientation ?

Contamination on PCB.  Flux ?

Check all your associated Voltages to GND.

 my dp emit  continuous sound  i have changed  two diodes in parallel with irf840 .now i have to adjust it .many thanks for your help
