Dany475 when adjusting your machine you must do it at the ground level that you are going to use it there is no point in adjusting it at 50cm from the ground if you're going to sweep at 5cm.

Hello everyone. I would like to build a pim-1 from first posts and I have a few questions. Is this a good detector? Is better to build a DP with 2x16 LCD? In my country 74hvc4066 is not available, but I have 74hc4066 - if I can use this, it will be ok?
Does the code included for 4x20 lcd language is English or Turkish? On youtube I saw a Turkish language and if I can change it to English? What does the panel shortcuts BL, S, E +, E-etc? Sorry for so many questions, but have not found the answer in the forum. Greetings to all and thank you for your help.

Welcome freedan3d. Of course, I meant about 4046 - my mistake in writing. As for 74vhc4046 - looks the same. I found (mm or mc) 74hc4046 - parameters and pinouts are the same. You can also find a series of 74hct4046 and schs204a (cd74hc4046). For ne5534 you can check the TL071 and OPA134 (but I'm not sure at 100%).
Regards, Mietekgil.

NE5534 = NJM5534. Maybe you can find this item.
 Regards,
 Mietekgil
