Recently completely factory refurbished (Cost $1000.00) head to toe by JW Fishers, have not put in water since it was refurbished, have receipt. This is basically now a new unit electronically, it is used so has scratches, etc. It does include the spare battery (just put new battery in 10/1/2013) which is almost $500.00 for the complete unit, bone phone, spare parts kit, 4 counter balance weights, 2 working chargers / 1 not working (kept for spare cable / connector) and connector for charger to spare battery.
