Fish tacos are really good if done correctly.   Basically there like your standard taco except you use fish (often grouper, flounder or something similar) instead of beef and cabbage instead of lettuce.

the fish tacos I have had are usually grilled or pan-fried without breading.   most of the herbs and spices are similar although the heat is generally brought down a notch to keep from overwhelming the fish.  Usually the sauce is different too.....more a cross between taco sauce and tartar (but that's not quite accurate either).   

Fuzzyelvis can probably describe 'em much better than I.

  Shocked
grilled or deep fried, this is a must have. I like to use halibut but you can use most white fish. Cod is most common.

 grill or fry it up and make tacos with corn tortillas and salsa


can be prepared at home or on a fishing trip
