Hey X, if the WD-40 bath doesn't fix the problem, it could be cross-threaded.  I've had a few of those get seriously cross threaded in the past.  (By the way, Mrs BA found one of the originals at a training site that was in use the year they were first issued to US troops.  Unfortunately, hers was used for concrete work and was not salvageable.)

HOoo some how I don't think they were meant for making concrete, well it's been in the Q20 for just about 24h and it still wont budge, what I need is a pair of water pump pliers.
