the more i read the more traction your story is gaining yes i see the anchor and george washington they ran treasure into danville  va  via rail and the story of scuttling a ship fu ll of gold doesn't make sense but running it up the coast and hiding it on canadian soil makes sense. Wink   franklin rosevelt must have thought so as well because he was there looking for the booty he may have had some privy knowlegde to  u.s. treasure being moved up to the canadian coast for safe keeping it is not the first time treasure has made its way to canada. Wink

Just my two cents!  Oak Island is a bunch of I wish stuff.  Nothing has ever been found but a bunch of wood, Fibers and junk in a hole from hell that no one in there right mind would had dug to put treasure in..   Everything found could and most likely is natural to the Island.

when i was in my early twenties I prospecting up in northern ontario with an old time prospector that had a very good past track record of finding gold, he was illiterate
and would say crazy things (to me at least at the time) that proved to be completely true proved by science as lately as last year.so because of my own ignorance I would be quite dismissive of him at the time however as time goes on his Knowedge base that he gave me has proved to be bang on  Wink

Ok, Convince me that some one would put treasure a few hundred feet under sand in a swamp.   Why to hell would they do that.  Oh, don't forget the water traps.  And I thought the Yammi stuff was fun.

Well its been proven time and again that the confederacy had very little money at the end and if they did they would have moved it south not north, because south where they hoped to raise again, like in Mexico.

Homey nailed it. Oak Island is the biggest con/scam of the last 200 years.

Which parte didnt make sense? THE People living
at this. time could not read. They used different
symbols to communicate.  DISPROVE my theory!
IT. IS plain and simple theory. The fibers from the
coconut were vertical important to
filter the water so it could be. drunk.
the people had. to have a well to
store the the freshwater for year
round use.   i have some believers for
what its. worth!
