Hi Folks

A miner from the 1979 - 1981 era has just sold his 60 grams of Welsh gold nuggets at auction for £44,000.

That's a whopping £733 per gram!!!  Cheesy

From the picture in the Daily Post article it is hard to tell whether they are river-worn, or from a lode.
