Those denominations are probably all right but you would have to sell them to collectors or exchange them at a bank for face value.

In the USA, it is the law that they exchange them for face value. To collectors they might be worth a little more.

If they are not real, you could find yourself in a bit of trouble. Have them verified first.

    Yea, they get exited on the Counterfeit stuff.  I had a paper route as a kid.  Someone gave me a $20.00 Dud.  I ended up speaking to the guys with the skinny ties for a hour or so.
