Go Up Go Down

I have been so curious and been thinking and searching about this after one of my friend send it to me. He had told me that they have found 10pcs of treasure box in a different sizes inside of a cave which contains a lot of papers/documents (I don’t know how do you call it but looks like a bank property) I will try to attach photo here.

Now my questions are:

What are these? Been doing my research and what I’ve read says that there are lot of fake of these. How will I know if it’s fake or genuine? Is there any value of these?

And by the way, there are some hand written as well that he showed it to me. Looks like a code for something.

I’m from NSW, and a bit curious about these that’s why I did some research and found this website. Just looking for some answers. Btw, these treasure boxes had been found in the Philippines.
