Au Project "Tata" 2plus 1000kg each metal box

I am registered with US Treasury on the movement of currencies and  I am registered with Central Bank of the Philippines as Gold Dealer/seller.

I have a find on my hand with property owner who followed up after a year of Au inquiry from Japanese general grandson about his property residence. Property owner initiated his own 6ft diameter dig and found 2 metal boxes inside 8 ft deep 25 ft wide water trap 8 ft underground. After two failed lift attempts property owner refilled the dig with gravel and sand.  Property owner was approached and dismayed by several parties and government official of their interest outside of his.

As registered Gold Dealer-seller with the Central Bank of the Philippines, property owner is prepared to consign find to me to be sold and/or monetized in the banking system. Please post your thoughts.
