First, you have to have at least 5 posts in order to add a picture. Then, each must be 500k or less in size. Then use the Preview button to open the full editor. You will see an Add Attachment option below the edit screen. From there, it's self explanatory.

Also, one additional note. You must have Adobe Flash added to your browser to add a photo.
