Hi !  Wondering on what is the difference between the MiniPulse 3 and the original MiniPulse?? (made by Location Technology)  I have the original MiniPulse....very lightweight and easy to use!...Lots of hours of useage on just 8 AA batteries!

I am thinking about getting the circuit board for the Minipulse 3 and just switching the circuit board in my original MiniPulse. Is this a good idea??...Heard that the Minipulse 3 is more sensitive to the smaller gold.   Thanks Joe
