Its like a Public Market were people fill there cars with stuff they want to sell or get rid of and they pay 5 or 10£/$ for a pitch and set up a stall and buy and sell stuff;

Over here we call them "Park and Swaps" Don't know why because nobody every "swaps" anything they just sell. Why the "Park" part, because they are usually held in huge parking lot areas where potential buyers can park their cars whilst they shop for bargains.

Do they have them in Brussels? If they do, what do you folks call them?

No we don't have them, we have flee markets and that's about it. If I knew what to look for I'm sure that I'd be able to make a comfortable living from them though.
