i think i got it not sure i live in colorado in colorado springs area ,when iam in the park no power lines arounnd me  i start up the 305 and set the ground balancce but not sure if i have it right i listen for 2 tones and set it inbetween i hope that this is right. can not find anything on the web is this

Hi Doug.

You have the Ground balance correct when you lift the coil away from the ground , lower it to the ground and maintain the same readings.
