Hello DOES ANY ONE HAVE THIS MODEL DETECTOR TO SHARE A COPY OF THE MANUAL I HAVE GOT ONE FROM SOMEONE TO CHECK AND REPAIR
I HAVE GOT IT GOING AND IT'S REALLY EASY BOARD TO WORK WITH.BUT HAS A LOT OF WIRES ALL OVER THE PLACE AND THE PREVIOUS GUY THAT TRIED
TO GET IT GOING LEFT A FEW UNDONE.IF ANYONE CAN HELP WITH A PHOTO OF THEIRS TO RE-SOLDER AT THE ORIGINAL POINT IT WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED
LIKE THE THREE COMING FROM THE HEADPHONE JACK.
APPARENTLY THIS WAS THE FIRST MODEL MADE BY MINELAB IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA BEFORE THEY MADE THE GOLDSEEKER 15000  TO COMPETE AGAINST THE BIG
AMERICAN BRANDS. Detecting

Hello I'm still looking for a manual even do I know how to work all functions.Would be nice to have a copy of it
Minelab does not have any records of this one since it was South Australia Electronics before they became Minelab
With the help of someone that had the same detector I have the wiring all good now it had a couple of components
to be replaced like I.C-4024 and LM358 also A14 Transistor with all that done now it's working Great.Picks up 1gram
of Alluvial Gold no problems Ground Balance it's good against really bad black soil and Discriminates nails etc really good.
I will share some photos of the board and Headphone connections and wires.
Hope this helps someone one day. Detecting

I have one in really good condition that still works well with no corrosion on the electrics what so ever.

It has been sitting under my bed for6-7 years in its original box "a bit worn" with ALL the original paperwork.

It still has the original Operating instructions booklet / 2 page broacher (received when originally bought from gold prospectors supply in Parramatta nsw in the 80's) warranty card & a Volume 1 Number8 treasure hunting down under official journal of the Sydney electronic & prospecting club.[/justify]

I got it out today & dug a few targets (1" nail @ 3 inches deep / a 2" nail at the same depth & a 2" x 1.5" aluminium foil covered cardboard at about 5")

HAPPY DETECTING....
