Don't under stand Question.  You give NO info on coils to compare.

For Trash you want a Small Coil.  Better separation but not good for deep Targets.

You need the Joey 5x10 that is the most sensitive coil made for the etrac and it will help the recovery speed,

Theres a good reason I said to go with the joey coil and that is because I tested 8 coils and the joey is the hottest coil I found for the Minelab machines followed shortly by the Platypus and all the other brand coils had less depth and could not see Hammered coins as deep as the joey so you have made a wise move,

good luck,,  RR

I think you will find the GOLD is what Coiltek call the 5x10 joey for the GP/GPX series of machines and the Treasure seeker version is for the Sovereign and the Explorer/Etrac machines,,,, and the ones for the GP series come in DD and Mono Configurations where as the SOV/EPX/Etrac versions only come in the DD format,

Hope this helps, RR

In the part of the world the old guys favor a 6x8 SEF coil. But small coil for trash, big coil for fields. Good luck.
