Without more info don't see how we can help.

Where was it found?
What is date of site?
What county is it in?

I don't see it as a sign of treasure but do find it very interesting.

it was in the cave.the stone was approx. under 40 or 50cm. in IRAN (Azerbaijan province) near to Turkey. the cave structure looked like a multiply sign. there  was a old tree on the hillside.

perhaps its  a text massage,but you need a specialist to even do an attempt to translate it.
I would suggest that you make a very good close up photo of it,and email it a British museum.Most of them have specialists on ancient languages they may be able to help.
