China only VLF metal detectors in the past, in recent years has brought an international forum for Chinese pulse metal detector schematic and debugging methods, so China is now producing a pulse metal detector, and most is XR-71 circuit, there are other for example, the class of pulsars.

   Every time a American out fit has China produce there circuits in five or so years they see clones on the market.   Same thing happened with Minelab and others.

Not always fake some times its left other parts

The main companies freelance the work out to factory's in china these factory's then sub let the work out to lots of poor people to get the quotes meet these people finish the orders
and have lots of parts left over so what do they do ? Carry on making them till parts run out and sell them on the black market
So they are not fakes as such just haven't gone though the companies wearhouse

XR-71 has not been a lot of production and sales in China, just a few amateurs in DIY, sales XR-71 PCB.

well this time they picked the wrong circuit, the xr71/delta pulse is deeply flawed, while there are working versions like kt315/ne555's version, most are a waste of components.
