Just a word of warning
I had a voucher for maplin so i got the maplin pinpointer what a waste of money holding it in my hand and doesent even pick up my wedding ring  Thumbs Down

Just a Word of Wisdom.  The Centech from Harbor Freight is a chick Azz machine for $12.00.   Yea it's a bit bulky but works more then fine for the price.

If you want a Good Pin Pointer then Look at the Whites Bullseye II because they run at the highest frequency available for a general purpose pin pointer so they a great for finding Tiny Items and having 100% variable control they can be used for many other Applications,

Well that's a shame, most of the cheaper ones are normally too sensitive, I would send it back and ask em for one that works, It can't hurt to ask??

If you want a waterproof one the I would suggest the Garrett AT Pro or the VibraProbe, If you do not need it to be waterproof then I would go with either the Whites TRX or the Whites Bullseye II.
