I think it's a new one man on selling operation.
He sells the detector then he place an order to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer send it out. He takes his $cut of the deal.
When you first reported on TH his web side was saying that the detectors had a 7 day dispatch time.
Today it says "in stock".
I think they made a mistake and send your detector to someone else.
It could be that the person that manufacture the detector made the mistake
Paypal will short it out.
