I agree with scout119 on the general dating.   The coin appears be from between 1618 and 1637 (around the time of the 30 Years War) minted during the reign of Ferdinand II.  Among his many titles, other than Holy Roman Emperor, was King In Germany (or King of the Romans), a position he had to be elected to by the German Electors before he could be crowned emperor.   Between the legend on the eagle side and the crest of the town of Lueneburg on the other side, I believe this coin was minted in Lueneburg under his authority as King In Germany rather than in Austria as Holy Roman Emperor.
