Nice...An interesting coin from an area with a lot of history.  Once again you have educated me and I appreciate it.  I had thought Crimea was under Ottoman rule at the time.  Instead it was independent.

Crimea was under Ottoman rule after the capture of entire Crimean coast by the Ottoman Empire in 1475... However it was an independent state with its ruler, who was appointed by the Sultan of Turkey...
