Does anyone know about an area called Pirate Hill in Washington County?  Just curious and would like some information if you don't mind sharing.

Not sure what you want to know heres some basic stuff.

Pirate Hill is a mountain summit in Washington County in the state of Maine (ME). Pirate Hill climbs to 856 feet (260.91 meters) above sea level. Pirate Hill is located at latitude - longitude coordinates (also called lat - long coordinates or GPS coordinates) of N 45.5584 and W -67.539168.

I looked thou some books and other info but was unable to find much of help. Sorry

You may need to visit the archives at your local library bet they have ton's of information that will be useful to you
