Our Congress is getting a little carried away with its own power. And now the states are starting to follow suit.

In 19 states, new laws regarding metal detector use will go into effect on the 1st of next month. This is serious stuff. All 19 of them outlaw any use or possession of metal detectors anywhere within state lines. Confiscation, severe fines and even long jail sentences are predicted. Some states are offering a buy back program but if you don't take advantage of this amnesty, you could face doubling of fines and sentences. You may not even transport a detector anywhere within the state.

We need to stand up for our rights. We need to do it now!

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

Depends.   You should be ok there in New Mexico, but definitely NOT ok in California (unless it's pink camo), Illinois, or Colorado.

What about Addons like Lazer Pin Point?

Can I still put a Picatinny Rail On it?

What about a Bayonett Digger Attachment?
