Gold is good.
Recreational Gold Panning is one thing. Most States with Gold have certain areas closed just for Recreational Panning and
or Hand Fed Sluices. (No Mechanical)
Sluicing is another. Most States have Limits and Liabilities on there use.
Dredging is a Major Effort in most states if not banned.
Most states require a Permit if not for just Dredging but also Water Folks and Environs have a input on what can be done.
Cal, has stopped it all together with a Back door proposition.

I sure wish it was as Easy as the Environmental Folks think it is to ROB the Riches from We the People that Own the
lands . LOL! They never mention the Gas, Time, Efforts, and Time it takes to get but a little of the Magic Metal.
They don't mention the Papers to be filed, On Time Every Time or you Loose it and All Funds Invested.
They don't mention the Bonds, Cash Securities, and Land Reclamations you have to do.
They don't mention the Insurance you have to secure to stop the dumb azzes from hurting them selves while steeling your
equipment.
On a Placer Claim they don't mention the fact that a fisher man, Hunter, Camper can use your claim and leave trash all
over the place that You get blamed for and have to pick up. Not Dogging the Fisher men or any one else here just
stating facts. Just Irresponsible Folks that do the Dirty Deeds.
